We are now looking for a production engineer who wants a hands-on role with significant technical responsibility and close collaboration with production.

The role includes, among other things, that you:

• support production in daily operations with technical questions, operational disruptions, and more complex manufacturing tasks
• work with preparation and technical planning for manufacturing, from understanding drawings to selecting tools and manufacturing solutions
• work with CAD/CAM, post-processors, and CNC programming in close collaboration with operators
• plan and prioritize machine operation sequences together with production and planning
• engage in technical dialogues with customers and suppliers regarding requirements, solutions, and manufacturability
• participate in development and investment work, for example, when selecting new machines and equipment

This is a role with great breadth and variety, where you will solve technical challenges together with a competent team. Here we build results through trust, dialogue, and a humble approach.

Who are you?

We believe you have several years of experience in production engineering within machining and a post-secondary technical education, for example, in production or mechanical engineering. You have a very good understanding of manufacturing, machines, and cutting machining. As a person, you are practical and solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced and varied environment. You are communicative and find it easy to collaborate with different people – a team player who builds trust and gets things done.
